How do I pick the right size underwear?

• We expect that you will need the same size as your usual Bonds underwear but you can use our size chart to help figure out which size is right for you. Designed to be a snug fit to help you feel secure. Size up if you prefer a bit more wiggle room.

Are the period undies a replacement for my current routine & can I use them without additional protection?
