Coming soon Here you’ll find a range of research findings for Endometriosis, Adenomyosis or pelvic pain. Globally there are thousands of people dedicated to finding cures and causes for Endometriosis, Adenomyosis & pelvic pain. There is still a lot we don’t know about these conditions, but as awareness grows so does funding for research.

Check out the World Endometriosis Society (WES) / World Endometriosis Research Foundation (WERF) priorities here. WERF is the global charity which facilitates research into endometriosis to improve knowledge and treatment(s). WERF is working with more than 100 institutions in 35 countries.

If you are interested in being a part of the research to find causes or a cure for Endometriosis Adenomyosis or pelvic pain, here are some research opportunities that you could participate in.

Endometriosis New Zealand’s 2025-2026 Research Project

In conjunction with the University of Canterbury, each month from June 2025 – March 2026 a new short survey, taking only about 10 minutes, will be released to gather a comprehensive insight on the impacts of Endometriosis.

“This is your chance to help change the future of endometriosis care in Aotearoa,” says Tanya Cooke, Endometriosis New Zealand’a Chief Executive. “We are asking everyone who is eligible to share their story.”

This research is open to those living in New Zealand aged over 18 with confirmed or suspected Endometriosis.
