Cable Beach WA: Menstrual Health is Mental Health
August 9, 2025 @ 10:00 am – 11:30 am AWST
Join us for an informative event where psychology and sexology meet to shed light on the deep connection between menstrual health and mental well-being.
Together, we’ll explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle and uncover how each one influences your mood, energy, focus, and emotions.
Learn how to work with your cycle, not against it – and discover practical tools to support your mental, emotional, and physical health at every stage. Whether you’re struggling with PMS, feel disconnected from your body, or simply want to understand yourself better, this event will leave you feeling informed, validated, and empowered.
Let’s break the stigma, honour our rhythms, and create space for self-care, self-knowledge, and strength.
Event is hosted by Renae from Coast Psychology Clinic and Alicia from Sensual Sessions.
