A range of community and support events, education sessions or fundraisers focussed on Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, pelvic pain or women’s and gender diverse health events. A mix of in-person and online events to suit everyone.

Fremantle WA: Pelvic Pain Specific Reformer Pilates

Reformer pilates specific for pelvic pain and Endometriosis, run by Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Siobhan Lenihan.

These classes are for you. Learn how to heal your body through movement.
- Engage AND relax muscles properly
- Connect with your pelvic floor to teach it how to better relax
- Reduce excessive bracing patterns
- Increase strength in your pelvis, spine, hips, lower & upper limb
- Improve your breathing dynamics
- Optimise movement patterns
- Integrate pelvic floor downtraining (relaxing) into stretching and movements
- Improve joint awareness and control (especially if you are hypermobile)
$42 per class Private health rebates may apply – please email Siobhan Lenihan after payment for an invoice if you are claiming through your private health with your details (full name, DOB, address and mobile number).
What to bring Please bring a pair of socks (preferably grip socks) and a drink bottle.
Aim to arrive 15 minutes before class to allow enough time to find parking and to be introduced to the reformer if you are new to Reformer Pilates.

Connecting with others can have a wonderfully positive impact on those living with chronic conditions such as Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and pelvic pain. These events can offer a chance to share your experience, discuss feelings and emotions with others who understand what you’re going through, and to make new friends.
Remember, you’re not alone in this. There is a wonderful community of warriors to support you on your journey.
