Hi, I’m Claire
My journey with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis & pelvic pain began over 20 years ago with the onset of symptoms before the age of 15. After years of pushing for referrals to gynaecologists, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis at 21 and Adenomyosis at 27 – and am still living with chronic pelvic pain at age 37. This is why I have launched Living With Support.
I am a proud member of the World Endometriosis Society and ACE (Australian Coalition of Endometriosis). I attended the World Congress on Endometriosis in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2023 and Sydney, Australia in 2025.

Procedures
I’ve spent my whole adult life navigating care across two Australian states & three countries, connecting with incredible practitioners and constantly learning about Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. I have had 3 laparoscopic surgeries in Adelaide and one in Auckland. I had a miscarriage at aged 31 and I have most recently experienced the egg retrieval and freezing process. There is no way I could track how many ultrasounds and scans I’ve had, including MRI.
Career
After 15 years of growing & building businesses for others, from small and medium enterprises to global corporates, I’ve now committed to developing a concept that was born over 5 years ago. I have always been passionate about building businesses and intrigued by humans and drawn to help them in some way. So this feels like the right time and place to focus my energy in the next phase of my career.
Treatments
I have tried an uncountable number of contraceptive pills, IUDs, prescription medications, Pelvic Physio, Acupuncture, nerve blockers, exercise, natural & prescribed pain-relief, sought advice from naturopaths & dieticians, had support from mental health practitioners, used CBD oil, magnesium support and more. I follow a gluten free, dairy free anti-inflammatory diet and my heat pack is my best friend.
My goal
My goal is to inspire everyone facing these challenges that a fulfifilling life with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis or pelvic pain is possible. I want Living With Support to help make the journey easier and less daunting for others.
Challenges that ultimately lead to a resilience shaped both my life and this initiative, including a lot of pain, lifestyle changes, isolation & poor mental health.
Living With Support is built on the knowledge and insights gained from my own experience, with information gathered from recognised organisations and experienced practitioners.
Although this platform is deeply personal, I believe it is valuable for the wider community and something I felt needed to exist for the benefit of everyone managing these conditions. It is a platform that I, and many others I know, wish had existed when we were first diagnosed or experiencing symptoms.
Please join me in an empowered, educated and supported community. Join us on instagram & facebook and share your expereince with us – we are all in this together.
